All Sales Are Final (No Refunds or Exchanges)

At RC Threads, we take pride in the quality of our products and ensure that every order is carefully inspected before shipping. Please note that all sales are final — we do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at rcthreads2023@gmail.com or @RCThreads_ on Instagram  with photos and a brief description of the issue. We will review the situation and do our best to make it right, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

For quality and authenticity reasons, jerseys or apparel with tags removed, signs of wear, or any alterations are not eligible for replacement or credit. Items must remain in their original, unworn condition to be considered for review in the event of a damaged or incorrect order. RC Threads reserves the right to deny any request that does not meet these conditions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item was received damaged or in error.
